CONFERENCE PACKAGE PRICES

For 2012 we have two options: A 4 star hotel and a cheaper 3 star hotel.

4 STAR HOTEL

* Full Feast Registration - accommodation for 7 nights per person.

Double Room Occupancy - USD 1300

Single Room Occupancy - USD 1899

3 STAR HOTEL

* Full Feast Registration - accommodation for 7 nights per person.

Double Room Occupancy - USD 1200

Single Room Occupancy - USD 1715

FULL FEAST  REGISTRATION - NO ACCOMMODATION - USD 550 (includes points 2-5 below)

* NB - The prices above include the following:

1. Accommodation for 7 nights Half Board (30 September to 7 October). Check out on October 7.

2. Full Feast Registration for 7 days.

3. All bus transfers during the Feast EXCLUDING airport transfers.

4. Professional Tour Guides.

5. All entry fees.

NB Language translations - for those needing this service the cost during the Feast will be USD 35 per person.

We have already reserved rooms in Jerusalem hotels. Please confirm your bookings soonest as we will work on a first come, first served basis.

Please note that delegates will be responsible for own airlines reservations, airfares and airport to hotel and back transfers. Shuttle coaches to Jerusalem are available at Ben Gurion Airport. Group transfers can be arranged through Jonathan at Sar'El Tours  - jonathan@sareltours.com.

FEAST PAYMENT DEADLINES

50 Percent Feast payment by June 1, 2012; and full payment by September 1, 2012.

CANCELLATIONS AND NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

If you should need to cancel your booking please notify us in writing soonest. The following cancellation fees will be charged:

1. Non-refundable deposit of USD 100.

2. 13-30 days notice: 25% of total Feast costs.

3. 1-14 days notice; 80% of total feast costs.

4. No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after your date of departure. We look forward to hearing from you.
